No. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Orders with a delivery address outside the United States will not be processed.

Note: While shipping is included in your purchase price, actual shipping costs are incurred by Aurea Spa, LLC. In the case of unwanted returns, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Some of our items are shipped from international warehouses. While rare, your package may be subject to customs inspections or import duties upon entering the U.S. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Estimated delivery time is 5–20 business days after shipment. If your order has not arrived within 45 business days, please contact us to request a replacement or refund.

Note: Once your order has been processed for packaging or shipment, it cannot be canceled.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or is not delivered within the delivery window, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement.If you change your mind, you may return the unused item at your expense, and original shipping costs incurred by Aurea Spa LLC may be deducted from your refund.

Yes. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking details to become available. Some free shipping methods may offer limited tracking.
