Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders with a delivery address outside the U.S. will not be processed.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders—no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–20 business days after shipment. If your order has not arrived within 45 business days, please contact us to request a replacement or refund.
Multiple Items
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and delivered on different dates.
International Fulfillment & Customs
We work with a fulfillment partner that operates both U.S. and international warehouses to ship products directly to customers across the United States.
Some products may ship from international warehouses through our fulfillment partner. While this rarely affects delivery, certain shipments may be subject to customs inspections or import duties upon entry into the U.S. These charges, if incurred, are the responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that one or more items may ship internationally and that delays outside our control (e.g., customs processing) may occasionally occur.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Some free shipping methods may have limited tracking capabilities. Please allow up to 5 business days after shipment for tracking details to become available. If you have not received tracking within this time, please contact us.

This policy applies to purchases made through AureaSpa.com. It explains how order cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order via our Contact Us page or email us at support@aureaspa.com.
Once your order has been processed for packaging or shipment, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds & Returns
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- You did not receive your item within 45 days from the shipment date (not including the 2–5 business day processing time).
- You received the wrong item or a damaged item.
- You no longer want the item and choose to return it unused, at your own expense, with prior approval and valid tracking information.
Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 15 days of:
- Receiving the item, or
- The end of the 45-day maximum delivery window (if the item was never received).
Important: All returns must be authorized before sending anything back. Please do not return any items unless we approve your request. Return instructions and tracking details will be provided upon approval.
Return Shipping Costs & Refund Amounts
- If the item was not received, or was damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund — you will not need to pay return costs.
- If you are returning an unwanted item, you are responsible for return shipping. The item must be unused and shipped to the return address we provide.
- For returns of unwanted items, your refund may exclude the original shipping cost, even if your order qualified for free shipping. While we cover shipping on purchases, actual shipping costs are still incurred. Please contact us if you would like further clarification.
Note: Returns are shipped to our fulfillment partner’s U.S.-based warehouse. Return address details will be provided once your request is approved.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Delivery failed due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect address).
- Delivery was delayed due to events beyond our control, such as customs delays, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.
- The return was unauthorized, or the item was used or ineligible.
Refund Timing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- We do not charge restocking fees.
- We do not issue partial refunds unless otherwise required by law.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product, contact us first. If approved, we’ll provide guidance on how to return the original item and complete your exchange.
